On a long and uncomfortable flight to Hawaii I managed to mess my back and tail bone really bad. I even paid to have a professional massage done because seating was impossibly painful and I work either driving around all day or in my home office. Nothing seemed to help. I considered getting one of those doughnuts cushions for people with “hemorrhoid problems” but was too embarrassed to go to Walgreens looking for one. That’s how I ended up here, looking for some relief. This stuff is magical, like seating on the back of a unicorn while coming down a rainbow. I sat down on it and all the pressure points were not giving me any issues, was able to drive out of state the next day NO PROBLEM. Outstanding quality, doesn’t just squish down when you sit on it. The one issue is, you’ll be pretty high up if you plan on using it in the car, but not a deal breaker compared to my coccyx not killing me and having shooting pain up my lag and back. BUY IT! The cover is also removable and washable.

This seat cushion is so much better than I expected. I have pain in my piriformis muscle which was heavily exacerbated by my love of sitting around at my computer every free moment I can. I’m getting a bit old for this now (or at least my body is not appreciating it so much) so I was also developing headaches and neck pain if I spent more than an hour or two at my desk. In tears and desperation, I began to look up solutions and by serendipity I happened across this product during a “lightning deal”. The Internet Gods know, lol.
I had high hopes but low expectations – this has exceeded my expectations. The cushion is very comfortable, however my specific needs required me to still use a lumbar pillow because I naturally sit a bit leaned forward and find most chairs to be too reclined. This is not a fault of the product, as it is not meant to include a back/lumbar support function. The construction seems pretty solid; no tears or broken/missing stitching, the zipper works fine, the foam inside seems clean and has no smell. I am currently on five days using this cushion and so far it has been a dream, I love it.

Great product. my husband injured his lower back/tailbone area and was in pain whenever he sat down. this pillow works great and doesnt hurt when he sits on it. worth every penny! we have had it about 6 months now and it still works great. also cats love it too for some reason 🙂

My lower back and tailbone have been hurting lately for a month. I’m not sure if it is my bed (which is about a year old), my work which requires me to lift heavy items (which will not be an issue as I’m leaving soon), my 26lb terrier who pulls like a horse when we go on walks, or the fact that I drive a Mustang (sports seating). Since I have gotten this item, I use it for the car, and my desk at home. I have noticed a significant difference! My pain has lessened (with some ibuprofen to help as well). I will probably order another one so I don’t have to keep moving this one from the car to the computer desk. THANK YOU!

I have been using the seat pillow for 2 weeks now, and it has done what it advertises. It has reduced pain, held up up well, and maintained it’s shape. Given I am not sitting on it all day, which may impact the wear and tear, it still has provided an increase in support and comfort, and has help reduce my dull sciatica pain when having to sit for extended periods of time.
